America: Freedom Preservation

America is the 'Land of the Free'!...... Isn't it?

Since the passage of the Patriot Act, some of the legislation that I’ve seen go through congress has sent chills down my spine, and I’ve begun to fear the industrial machine. I still think that the US is a fantastic country, but I’ve begun to grow concerned.

The 'Federal Reserve Act' of 1913 gave the Federal Reserve, a privately held 'for profit' corporation, the power to not only create our money but to confiscate it. The ‘Patriot Act’ suspended Habeas Corpus, and the ‘Real ID Act’ is trying to force radio frequency Federal Identification on us. When ‘Real ID’ met opposition from the states, they responded by now trying to pass the 'Social Security Identity Theft Prevention Act ', since dubbed the ‘Social Security Surveillance Act’ which would also contain a Radio Frequency ID chip. Doubt it? Go to http://thomas.loc.gov and search for any of these bills to read.

In the 'Social Security Identity Theft Prevention Act'
Section 2: Clause ii, subclause iv states:

[social security cards].. "shall contain an encrypted, machine-readable electronic record which shall include records of biometric identifiers unique to the individual to whom the card is issued, including a copy of any digitized facial image printed on the face of the card pursuant to subclause (III)."

Think that is going to be a barcode? I doubt it. If you renewed or obtained a passport in the last few years, you already have an RFID associated with you. Luckily, it is not a law that you have to carry your passport with you at all times (yet). Why is an RFID dangerous? Learn about it.

Proponents of these Acts stand on the back of ‘security’ and ‘necessity’. Since 911, Americans and our Congress have demanded protection and heightened security. We have begged the government to strip our freedoms, and I watch in dismay as they do so with greed and abandon.

Write your congressmen. Demand that they repeal repugnant legislation and order them to Vote 'No' on new legislation that will infringe our freedoms. They are men and women the same as the rest of us and go through the same education system. Educate them about the truths you find in the rest of this website. Teach them how we want to be represented. Flood their email and mail boxes with your demands. They are our servants. It is not the other way around.

Stating my case for why we don’t need specific federal Acts to protect us from terrorism is too much for one page but this website will cover much and if you stay with me, I’ll show you how we’ve been stripped of our liberty and deceived about how our nation is supposed to function.
